About Women in ETFs (WE):
The Chicago chapter of Women in ETFs (WE) furthers the careers of women in the ETF industry. By connecting and partnering with men and women across the industry, WE creates opportunities for professional and personal development, networking, industry education, mentorship, and philanthropy. WE accomplishes its mission through three pillars:
- Connect: Create opportunities for professional advancement by expanding connections among women and men in the ETF industry
- Support: Offer guidance for the current and next generation of women in ETFs
- Inspire: Provide forums for education and idea sharing across the industry and beyond

Moderator: Ben Johnson, CFA
Ben Johnson, CFA, is the head of client solutions, working with asset-management clients to leverage Morningstar’s capabilities in advancing our shared mission of empowering investor success. Prior to assuming his current role in 2022, Johnson was the director of global exchange-traded fund and passive strategies research within Morningstar’s manager research group. Earlier in his tenure in the manager research organization, he served as the director of ETF research for Europe and Asia. He also previously served as a senior equity analyst, covering the agriculture and chemicals industries. Before joining Morningstar in 2006, he worked as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Rob Marrocco
Rob Marrocco is Vice President and Global Head of ETF Listings for Cboe Global Markets, the world’s leading securities and derivatives exchange network. Since joining the exchange in 2015, he’s built Cboe’s ETF business from 20 listed funds to over 1,000 unique ETFs globally. Rob is a champion for continued innovation across the ETF ecosystem while providing an exceptional listing experience for more than 120 issuers on Cboe’s listing venues in the UK, EU, the US, Canada, and Australia. Prior to Cboe, Rob held several positions at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) where he served as a member of the exchange's Global Index and Exchange Traded Products team.
Michelle Mikos
Michelle Mikos is Managing Director of ETF Due Diligence for Invesco's exchange-traded funds
(ETFs). In her role, she is responsible for providing exchange-traded product support across an
array of channels, working primarily with broker-dealer ETF investment research analysts,
product managers and due diligence groups. Ms. Mikos joined Invesco in 2006. Prior to her current role, she held a position in sales
management, supporting US Retail Distribution and Business Operations. Over her tenure with
Invesco, she has been tied to and responsible for an array of operations related to product
launches and product management, internal sales development and education, and ETF web
and educational resources for financial professionals. Prior to joining the firm, she was an
associate financial professional with Morgan Stanley. Ms. Mikos is a proponent of ETF industry advocacy and education. In 2014 she co-founded
Women in ETFs, an organization dedicated to fostering and supporting women’s careers in the
ETF industry. Ms. Mikos earned a BBA, cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the
University of Oxford. She holds the Series 7, 24, 51, 66 and 79 registrations.
