Amy Zhang, CFA is a Principle at Allstate Investments. Amy is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring alternative investments for the Opportunistic Team. The Opportunistic team invests flexible capital across asset classes and industries with a focus on corporate credit, specialty finance and niche assets. Amy is a CFA charter holder and received a BBA from Baruch College and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Nicholas Judd - CEO at RYLTY & Leftbrain
Nicholas Judd is an experienced entrepreneur and finance executive with extensive
experience in the music and entertainment industry. Founded/Co-founded three
different organizations. He builds companies that drive value to underserved
markets in the music industry. Billboard named Leftbrain’s Nicholas Judd
to its 2023 Top Business Managers List.
This marked the third year in a row that Judd received this honor.

Jeremy Tucker, CFA - Raven Co-Founder
Jeremy Tucker, CFA is responsible for executing investments across Raven’s multiple investment vehicles with a focus on intellectual property, music, live entertainment, specialty finance/financial assets and other esoteric assets. He also oversees all of Raven’s investments in music publishing and catalog acquisition including investment origination, underwriting, execution and portfolio risk management. Prior to co-founding Raven, Jeremy worked in Merrill Lynch’s Alternative Assets Group, where he helped Josh with key deals in specialty finance, real estate, intellectual property, esoteric assets, commercial aviation and ABS. Jeremy received a BS in Engineering and Economics from Duke University and is a CFA charter holder.

Elliot Weiss is a senior associate at the law firm Michelman & Robinson, LLP. In that capacity, he represents clients in corporate and financing transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and debt and equity financing, with a focus on music industry deals. His music practice involves the purchase and sale of music companies, recording and publishing catalogs, private equity acquisitions and private credit transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and bank financings in the music space.
