Jen Pavlus | Managing Director, Talent Management
Jen Pavlus is Managing Director of Talent Management at Grandview Analytics, where she leads talent acquisition, development, deployment,
and engagement. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Jen has leveraged her passion for career development, coaching, communication, and
continuous learning in a variety of client service, project management, human resources, and operations leadership roles at high-growth financial firms.
Prior to joining Grandview, Jen spent 15 years at LaSalle Bank/Bank of America and seven years at Cortland/Alter Domus in HR and Operations executive roles
leading organizational development and change initiatives focused on talent recruitment, onboarding, career development, global target operating models, and
merger and acquisition integration.
Jen holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She recently moved back to the Chicago area and loves spending time with
family and friends, the great outdoors, new learning experiences, meditation, and making a difference.

Chris Lamb, CFA | Co-Founder & President
Chris is Co-Founder and President of Grandview Analytics and focuses on running the Consulting Services Practice.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Chris has developed a passion for helping to drive business and cultural
transformation for organizations of all sizes.
Chris started his career at LaSalle Bank (later Bank of America) as an analyst in the securitization (CDO/CLO/MBS) trust services group.
He later became the Global Head of Modeling Analytics, guiding the team through rapid growth and evolution.
After playing a key role in supporting Bank of America through the divestiture of their corporate trust business to U.S. Bank,
Chris moved into the credit risk middle office and helped Bank of America implement the BASEL II risk framework.
He then transitioned to multiple risk management-based roles in the alternatives space before launching Grandview, in 2014.
Chris grew up in Rochester, New York, and attended the University of Rochester, where he graduated with a BA in Economics.
He is a CFA charterholder. Chris lives in Lake Forest, Illinois with his wife and two children and enjoys fishing, golfing, and
visiting the 1000 Islands region in Upstate New York.

Allyson Buckles, CFA, CPA, CIPM
Allyson Buckles, CFA, CPA, CIPM is Director at Grandview Analytics where she leads clients through new system implementations,
enhanced data reconciliation, process flows, and research projects. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry,
Allyson is an expert in performance measurement, attribution, appraisal, and compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®).
Prior to joining Grandview, Allyson spent 8 years as Director at Ashland Partners / ACA Performance Services guiding fixed-income and private credit firms
through their initial adoption and subsequent claim of compliance with the GIPS Standards. Prior to that, she was responsible for performance calculation,
client reporting, and GIPS compliance at Guggenheim Partners. She has also spent time as a fund accountant and external auditor.
Allyson earned her MBA from Drake University and her BS in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
She is a CFA charterholder, a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois, and a CIPM certificate holder. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
Allyson enjoys cold weather, live music, and film noir. She lives in Chicago with her cats, Natasha and Greta.
