Julie Winkler
Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Managing Director, CME Group

Julie Winkler has served as the Chief Commercial Officer of CME Group since 2016. She leads the company's sales, product marketing, research and product development, data services, innovation lab and international business. She is part of the CME Group’s Management Team and the Diversity & Inclusion Executive Committee where she is the Sponsor of the Employee Resource Groups. She began her career at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) as a Staff Investigator and performed numerous roles in research and product development.

Ms. Winkler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Valparaiso University and an MBA in Finance and Derivatives Markets with Highest Honors from Loyola University. She currently serves as a Board member for S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, Vice-Chair of the Board for Valparaiso University, and Chair of the Board for Women in Financial Markets (WIFM.)

Emily is a Senior Investment Consultant in Aon’s Wealth Solutions practice. She is a member of the U.S. Fixed Income Research Team, specializing in manager research that encompasses structured assets across the capital spectrum, multi-sector investment-grade fixed income strategies across the curve, and investment-grade private credit. Emily’s background in manager investment research covers various asset classes, daily treasury management involving derivatives and interest rates, as well as wealth management and investment compliance.
