Jamie Krulewitz, managing director at Fitch Group, has worn many different career hats – from paralegal to pastry chef to traditional Human Resources. She has learned a broad range of skills from this circuitous career path, has had the opportunity to work with a diverse blend of colleagues and has acquired a uniquely expansive perspective that she brings to her work.
Her current role is serving as Fitch Group’s Global Head of Talent Programs. The responsibility of bringing enhanced opportunities to enable Fitch to attract top talent, and facilitating their development once they join, is a privilege Krulewitz relishes. She considers her mandate to be initiative-driven and is centered around bringing new programs to Fitch that fulfil this mission. Fitch Credit Academy, Summer Internships, Graduate Training Programs and Fitch Management Academy are all examples of programs introduced under Jamie’s umbrella. Fitch introduced CreditPath, its re-entry program last year with much success. Forward Path, a leadership development program for high potential women is the newest program in the portfolio.
Prior to joining Fitch, Krulewitz headed up Professional Staff Development & Training at an international law firm and held various other Human Resources, recruitment and staffing roles. She’s worked in restaurants and on a vineyard (perhaps her most challenging role to date!). Krulewitz attended Tufts University and holds a Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
This event is complimentary and open to members only. Registration online is required and closes at 5:00 PM on December 10, 2020.
