Michael Steele, CFA, IRC

Mike is Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations at Zebra Technologies. Steele has more than 25 years of multi-industry finance experience with large public companies spanning investor relations, treasury, financial planning, mergers & acquisitions, sustainability, and corporate and commercial finance. In his current role at Zebra, he has been recognized several times by Institutional Investor for one of the top investor relations programs in the sector. His team also launched the sustainability program at the company. He was previously VP Finance & Investor Relations at Office Depot, a role he transitioned into following its acquisition of OfficeMax where he had led investor relations. Steele serves as board director of the National Investor Relations Institute and on the steering committee of the NIRI Senior Roundtable. He is also active with the NIRI Chicago chapter board where he formerly served as Chair and as President.
